This week you get another bonus recipe! (I didn’t think that it would be fair to only let one child make the blog roll!) These recipes are kid tested and county fair approved earning blue ribbons for each in the pee wee baking contest!
Shape into 1-in. balls. Place 2-in. apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Flatten to 3/8-in. thickness with fork; making a crisscross pattern. Bake at 375° for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to cool on wire rack.

Yield about 4 dozen.
3 T. Butter
1 pkg. (10 oz.) Marshmallows or 5 c. mini marshmallows
6 c. Rice Krispies
In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
Add KELLOGG’S RICE KRISPIES cereal. Stir until well coated.
Using buttered spatula or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
Cool. Cut into 2-inch squares. Best if served the same day.
