We have been having extremely warm weather for January and it has thrown my taste buds into craving summer. Combine that with the yummy veggies I received in my Bountiful Basket and you get today’s recipe.
Tomato Basil Pasta Salad…
Pasta, cooked according to pkg directions and chilled ( I like the veggie type)
Cherry or grape tomatoes, sliced
Fresh basil, rough chopped
1 t. red wine vinegar
3 T. olive oil
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Mix all and serve!
