Recipe of the Week: Taco Cups

Last Saturday night we had family movie night. We always fix something super easy with little clean up so that we can get on with the fun. This week the girls and I made taco cups. Here is how to do it!
Ingredients:
48 wonton wrappers (found in the produce aisle by the tofu in our store.)
1 can refried beans
1 pound ground beef (cooked)
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 c. shredded cheese
favorite taco toppings…black olives, tomato, lettuce, sour cream, cheese or slasa.
Spray Muffin tins with non-stick spray. Insert one wonton wrapper into each cup making a pocket.

Add beans to each cup. Top with another wonton wrapper.

Next place cooked hamburger that has been seasoned with taco seasoning on top of the last wrapper. Place a sprinkle of cheese on the meat mixture.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes or until wontons are crispy and cheese is melted. Top with favorite taco add on’s!
