Corn Dog Muffins

I love that my kids have a passion for cooking just like I do. It teaches them so much like math, science, reading, problem solving, and so much more! The girls made these for lunch today and they were a hit!
Ingredients:
Corn muffin mix (see recipe below or use a pre-made mix)
Hot dogs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix up the corn bread.

Cut hotdogs into 3rds.

Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full with corn muffin mix and place a hot dog piece in middle.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until muffins begin to pull away from sides and are cooked through.
