I have begun another quest to get healthy. In The past year I had gotten down to my goal weight although not in the best way. However, due to a recent medication swith inhave gained much of the weight back. So back on the healthy eating ban wagon. I have decided to substitue one meal a day (lunch) for a green juice or smoothie. This is one of my favorite recipes. ..
Several handfuls of spinach
2-3 whole carrots
Place all ingredients into juice or blender. Add in sugar free protein powder of choice. Enjoy!
